One of ICD’s core values is that of providing custom coating solutions for problems people face in their process. Coatings provide many functions, from aesthetics to protection. Over the years we have been able to use our well staffed Research & Development department to assist others, by creating coatings that fill direct needs. Often this includes not just the Chemical Engineering but the Mechanical Engineering that caters to the customer’s whole need.

As well, our current coatings have many physical properties that even we may not have linked to a specific substrate or solution. Contacting us to discuss what you need, might be easier that spending years inventing what is already possible.

One of the behind the scenes processes we vertically integrated into our production stream is the process of pigment dispersion.  Due to a need for highly technical dispersion, such as in silicone or water, we have developed an expertise in specialty dispersing.
