ICD Supports the Guard & Reserve; ESGR Program
As a company, ICD High Performance Coatings has always felt respect for and supported those who serve our country. Between the Iraq and Afghanistan wars, the US has had and currently has a large influx of trained personel that are perfect to snatch up and hire. Not just active duty but we have those serving in the Guard and Reserve postings that also poses great skills for us as employers.
A few months ago, we affirmed our position in supporting those in the Guard and Reserve by hiring staff from pools of potential hires in the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) programs. One of the key things this group supports is the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights ACT (USERRA).
Our Statement of Support:

- Our managers and supervisor swill have the tools they need to effectively manage those employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve.
