The tower rests on a 28m podium which accommodates the recreational facilities at deck level including two swimming pools and health clubs, individually dedicated for the serviced apartments tenants and the other for office space tenants. The serviced apartments are accommodated on 15 typical floors and comprise of mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.
This has to be one of the most outstanding buildings OPACI-COAT-300® has been a part of. The architects desired a "pure" white, something ICD is able to offer with our waterbased spandrel. Utilizing low-iron glass, anyone can achieve pure colors.

Completed in 2007, Benson Tower, the first point tower in the city of Portland, is radically different from most other residential buildings in the downtown core.
