Roller Coater Version
With the exception of using a screen print line, using a roller coater to apply ICD’s coatings is one of the most efficient methods of application. When it comes to fast production rates and quick repeatability of a solid (no pattern) coating, our OPACI-COAT-300® Roller Coater Glass Coating is what most fabricators eventually migrate to. Being water-based and environmentally clean, these coatings are a breeze to clean-up between colors. Also available in an infinite amount of colors, we offer standard industry colors as well as the option for just the right color you need on your building by employing the use of color spectrophotometers.
