The tower rests on a 28m podium which accommodates the recreational facilities at deck level including two swimming pools and health clubs, individually dedicated for the serviced apartments tenants and the other for office space tenants. The serviced apartments are accommodated on 15 typical floors and comprise of mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.
Right in our backyard, finally, another building using ICD’s products wins a green award. Winner of the USGlass Magazine Green Design Awards; this beautiful building is full of green design.
