The ICD Way - PRODUCT VALIDATION

At ICD, we believe our customers should trial any product before adoption to ensure it meets expectations and produces success upon launch. Once the discovery stage has been completed, we continue onto product validation. From the identified customer needs in the discovery phase, we determine which established product best suits the desired application, or if a new product should be collaboratively developed. Our aim is to always solve a customer’s problem. Cured and liquid samples are provided for review at the customers facility. A battery of performance and application tests are conducted to validate a products viability. Upon conclusion of testing, approval of the product is necessary to transition to onboarding.
