Architect Support
            -Follow up on leads via phone, email, etc.
            -CRM entry
            -Process sample requests to customer service.
            -Answer architectural calls as they come in, same for email
            -Fill out and summary report metrics and tracking.
            -Provide scheduling support for Architect/Sales visits, AIA presentations
Marketing Support
            -Blog writing
            -Website content creation
            -Social media channel tending
Back-up to Customer Service
            -3rd on phone answering
            -Data entry
            -Digital Filing
            -Order taking and processing
 
Skills Required:
-Writing skills
-Excellent phone skills
-Full suite of MSOffice(Outlook, Word, Excel,PowerPoint)
-Knowing MSOnline CRM a bonus
-Sales/Marketing skills already attained are a bonus.
 
Ultimately, we are looking for a person who is interested in architecture and or very interested in sales/marketing, especially good people skills and enjoys helping others. Someone who is good at time-in-motion and setting up workflows to get things going is also key.
