AIA Complaint Resolution Policy

At ICD High Performance Coatings + Chemistries, we are committed to providing high-quality accredited courses and ensuring a positive learning experience for all participants.


If you have a complaint regarding any of our courses, we encourage you to submit your concerns so we can address them promptly and effectively.


How to Submit a Complaint:

  • Email: Send a detailed description of your complaint to icd@icdcoatings.com with the course name, date, and specific concerns.
  • Phone: Call us at (360) 546-2286 to speak with us about your concerns.
  • Mail: You may also submit written complaints to:
            ICD High Performance Coatings + Chemistries
            7350 S. Union Ridge Parkway
            Ridgefield, WA 98642 USA

Resolution Process:

  • Complaints will be acknowledged within [2] business days of receipt.
  • We will investigate the issue and respond with a resolution or next steps within [5] business days.

If further action is needed, we will work with the participant to reach a fair and satisfactory resolution.
