PerformaSil® 200 Anti-Graffiti Coating is a single component, water-based silicone elastomer that dries to form a tough, durable film which provides long-lasting, non-sacrificial graffiti and water protection. It cures to form a breathable membrane that is impervious to water and protects surfaces from spray paint, marker, and pens. Graffiti is easily removed with a power washer, soft-bristle scrub brush, or commercial graffiti cleaners. This coating can eliminate short-term constant repainting costs and prevent properties from losing value.

Prior to application all surfaces shall be structurally sound, clean, and dry, free from oils, dirt, debris, or minerals such as efflorescence, lime, and calcium. To ensure the surface is as clean as possible, wash with soap and water, rinse thoroughly, then allow to dry completely. This is especially important when applying over painted, stained, or wood surfaces.
Mix thoroughly before application. Avoid aggressive agitation that may produce excessive air generation or foaming.
Apply using airless spray equipment at a rate of approximately 75 sq ft per gallon (20 mils WFT), using a 0.015 to 0.017 tip. When spraying, apply in a cross hatched pattern to ensure complete coverage of the surface. Rough and/or porous surfaces may require a heavier application to ensure complete coverage.
Clean application equipment with soap and water when finished.
Application Temperature: 5°C - 38°C (40°F - 100°F)
Relative Humidity: 90% maximum
Graffiti resistance is fully developed after a cure time of 7-14 days.
Test the product on a small area to ensure finish is satisfactory.

Remove graffiti with a power washer (maximum 2000 psi) and cold water. For difficult removal, use warm to hot water while power washing.
For delicate surfaces, use a soft bristle brush, soap, and water. Gently scrub the area until the tagging is removed. Rinse the surface with water afterwards.
For more difficult graffiti, a commercially available graffiti cleaner may be required. Follow the manufacturer’s recommendations and use instructions.
