At ICD we believe every customer deserves to be setup for success. Once the product validation stage is satisfied, we continue to onboarding. We accomplish account setup by solidifying terms, determining payment process, and making sure the overall account functions as anticipated. To ensure our customer’s team members are well informed of their new product offering, we present live trainings for various functional groups including management, application, sales, marketing, and customer service. At this point our customer is ready to launch. They have the knowledge and tools to be successful on multiple fronts.
